Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups finely diced ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup finely diced white or red onions
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • ½ cup finely diced jalapeno peppers
  • 2-3 teaspoons lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon jalapeno pepper powder optional

Instructions
 

  • In large bowl, combine diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro leaves, and jalapeno peppers.
  • Add lime juice, salt, pepper, and jalapeno powder. Stir to combine. Enjoy!
