- 3 cups finely diced ripe tomatoes
- 1 cup finely diced white or red onions
- ½ cup chopped cilantro leaves
- ½ cup finely diced jalapeno peppers
- 2-3 teaspoons lime juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon jalapeno pepper powder optional
In large bowl, combine diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro leaves, and jalapeno peppers.
Add lime juice, salt, pepper, and jalapeno powder. Stir to combine. Enjoy!
