Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups finely diced ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup finely diced white or red onions
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • ½ cup finely diced jalapeno peppers
  • 2-3 teaspoons lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon jalapeno pepper powder optional

Method
 

  1. In large bowl, combine diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro leaves, and jalapeno peppers.
  2. Add lime juice, salt, pepper, and jalapeno powder. Stir to combine. Enjoy!
