Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line large baking sheet with foil and set a greased oven safe rack inside.
Clean chicken wings and pat dry.
Place chicken wings in a large bowl along with lime juice and white vinegar.
Add spices and toss chicken wings to coat evenly.
Marinate chicken wings for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Place chicken wings on greased rack in a single layer.
Bake chicken wings for 30 minutes.
Flip chicken wings and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
